A qualified Secondary PE Teacher, who left the profession in 2015 to embark on a career in construction. Dan has worked with some of the largest house developers, architects, and energy assessors in the country. Having built a personal portfolio of 8 leased HMO’s in Falmouth and Penryn, Dan joined forces with James to form Cornwall Living Property in 2020. Dan loves the numbers, detail and specification side of the business and liaises with our construction partners in ensuring designs, specification and planning is progressing smoothly whilst having a keen watching eye on the budgets and figures.

Having worked in the service industry with high net-worth individuals for 21 years, James has a clear passion for people. James has been developing properties since 2014 and has built up a diverse portfolio ranging from Cornish cottages to blocks of luxury apartments. James is very front of house within Cornwall Living Property and is often found liaising with agents, finding off market deals and helping our hand picked investors make healthy returns from their involvement in the exciting property acquisitions available.
